How can I change my account email or password?

If you want to change your account email (login) to another one or change your password, you can do it in your account settings. These settings can only be changed by you, so please use the following instructions.

Mobile

1. Go to the Initials icon
2. Go to the Settings

3. In the Account section click Email >

   

4. You'll see the field where you can enter the new email

5. Enter a new email and press "Save"

   

6. Your changes are now saved, press "OK"

7. You'll receive an email confirmation at your previous account email that your account email is changed

   
   

To change your password please follow these instructions:

1. Click Password >

   

2. Enter a new password and repeat it

   

3. Once you press "Save" you'll be asked to log in to your account again due to a sensitive operation

   

4. After authentification repeat steps 1 and 2 and press "Save"

5. Changes are now saved, press "OK"

   
   

Web-version

4. Press "Save
