I forgot my login or password. What should I do?

To reset your password on the web, click the person icon in the top right corner, enter your email and click Continue. On the password step click Forgot password?, then Send reset link, and open the link from the email we send you. In the mobile app, tap Continue with email, then Forgot password?, enter your email and follow the link in the email. If the email does not come, check your spam folder.

If you signed up with Google or Apple, there is no Tweek password to reset — sign in with the same Google or Apple button you used before.

If you forgot which email your account uses, search your inbox for messages from mail@tweek.so, hello@tweek.so and no-reply@tweek.so — the address they came to is your account email.

If you created your account with Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, your account email looks like something@privaterelay.appleid.com. Apple creates this address to keep your personal email private, and that is the address to sign in with.
