I forgot my login or password. What should I do?

If you lost access to your account or you were logged out and can't remember your password or even forgot the account email you can easily restore/reset it by following these instructions:

Mobile

To reset your password:

1. Press "Continue with email"

   

2. Go to "Forgot Password?"

   

3. Enter your email to receive instructions on how to reset your password and press "Reset password"

   

4. Check your email to continue. Press "OK"

5. Click the link to reset the password in the received email

   
   

If you forgot your login (account email) and can't access your account:

Try to search emails from Tweek in your email inbox: mail@tweek.so, hello@tweek.so and no-reply@tweek.so. This is how you can figure out what address these messages are coming to, which is your account email address.

Note: If you subscribed using AppleID then you will probably find a long email address like @privaterelay.appleid.com, which is a mask and used by the Apple system to hide your email while creating an account, a random and unique email address is created that allows you to keep your personal email private.
