How to attach files to a task?
If you need to attach photos, videos, audio, documents and files to a task, you can do it all easily by using the attachment function. It is important to know that the maximum file size is 100.0 MB and there is no limit on the maximum amount of data for a particular user.
Mobile
- Create a task and open the task card
Find the "Three dots" icon in the bottom right corner and tap the icon
Tap "Attach"
- You can also easily use a "paper clip" icon to add files to your task.
For making photos or videos select "Camera"
To choose photos and videos from your device select "Library"
- For file attachments select "Add file"
To share the media file with someone outside the Tweek: tap the file, tap the "Three dots" icon in the upper right corner and select "Share"
- To save the media file: tap the file, tap the "Three dots" icon in the upper right corner and select "Download"
- If you want to delete the media file: tap the file, tap the "Three dots" icon in the upper right corner and select "Delete"
Note: The maximum file size is 100.0 MB
Web-version
- Create a task and open the task card
- Find the "Three dots" icon in the upper right corner and click the icon
Click the "Add file"
Upload any file from your computer
- You can also easily use a "paper clip" icon to add files to your task.
- To save the media file on your computer: click the "Three dots" icon next to the file name and select "Download"
If you want to delete the media file: click the "Three dots" icon next to the file name and select "Delete"
If you want to download or delete the picture/video click it and find the white "download" icon or red "delete" icon in the bottom right corner
