Apple Reminders

Bring your Reminders lists into Tweek — and add tasks by voice with Siri. You connect them in the Tweek app on iPhone. Apple Reminders sync is a Premium feature.

Connect

In Tweek on your iPhone, go to Settings → your calendar and switch on Apple Reminders. Allow access, tick the lists to sync, choose a color and tap Save.

Every uncompleted reminder in those lists comes in right away. Completed ones stay in Reminders.

How sync works

Your iPhone does the syncing, so it runs when you open Tweek there. New reminders show up on the web and Android after that.

New reminders come into Tweek. Tasks you create in Tweek don’t go to Reminders.

Changes go both ways — the title, the note, the date and time, and ticking a task off. Complete a reminder on your iPhone and it’s done in Tweek too.

Deleting goes one way. A reminder you delete in Reminders leaves Tweek. A task you delete in Tweek stays in Reminders.

What comes in

A reminder with a time shows that time next to its title. Repeating reminders come in once, not as recurring tasks, and locations aren’t synced.

Tweek doesn’t send its own notification for these tasks — Reminders already does.

Add tasks with Siri

Ask Siri to add a reminder to one of the lists you sync, and it lands in Tweek the next time you open the app.

Disconnect

Tap Apple Reminders, then untick the lists you no longer want, or tap Remove connection. Tweek asks whether tasks that are already in the past should stay or be removed.
