Empty calendar or missing tasks

Your calendar looks empty? Most of the time your tasks are safe — you’re signed in to a different account or looking at a different calendar.

Check the account

Sign in the same way you did before — Google, Apple or email. A typo in the email creates a new, empty account.

If you signed up with Sign in with Apple and hid your email, your account email looks like something@privaterelay.appleid.com. Signing in with your usual address instead creates a new, empty account.

Check the calendar

You may be looking at another of your calendars. Click your initials in the top right corner to see the list and switch to the right one.

The app is black and tasks are gone

Update the app to the latest version, or reinstall it. That fixes the display, and your tasks come back.
