I've lost all the data from my calendar, it's completely blank

If your calendar looks completely blank and you can't see any task in your calendar please try these steps:

1. Please make sure you sign in to your account, please try signing in by email instead of using Google/Apple sign-in.
2. Any misspelling can create a completely new empty account, make sure the spelling is correct.

3. Please also ensure you are not on another calendar, you can click the initial icon and check the list of your calendars. Click the initials icon in the upper right corner for the calendar list.

   

4. In case you subscribed using AppleID then you probably need to use a long email address like *********@privaterelay.appleid.com, which is a mask and used by the Apple system to hide your email while creating an account, a random and unique email address is created that allows you to keep your personal email private. If you sign in with the standard email it can create a completely new empty calendar without subscription.

Try to search emails from Tweek in your email inbox: mail@tweek.so, hello@tweek.so and no-reply@tweek.so. This is how you can figure out what address these messages are coming to, which is your account email address.
