How do I connect Tweek to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant?

Tweek runs an MCP server, so AI assistants can work with your tasks and calendars directly — read your week, add tasks, tick things off, build a checklist. There is nothing to install: the server is hosted by us at https://tweek.so/mcp.

Set it up

  • Claude Desktop / claude.ai — Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → the URL above
  • Claude Codeclaude mcp add --transport http tweek https://tweek.so/mcp
  • ChatGPT — Settings → Connectors → add an MCP server with the URL above (availability depends on your plan)
  • Cursor — Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server → type HTTP, the URL above

The first time you use it, your assistant opens a browser window to sign in to Tweek and approve access. There is no API key to copy — you approve the connection once and that is it.

What the assistant can do

It acts as you, on your account only, and never sees anyone else's data. You grant it the right to read your calendars and colors, and to create, update and delete tasks. You can revoke access at any time.

Free plan or Premium?

MCP works on the free plan. Free accounts get lower monthly limits, and the assistant cannot set reminders, recurring tasks or subtasks, and is limited to the basic colors — the same rules as the rest of Tweek.

Full details, including every available tool, are in the MCP documentation. There are step-by-step guides for Claude and ChatGPT.

You can also find this under SettingsAccountAPI & MCP integrations in Tweek, where you will see your current usage and limits.
