Can I switch my existing subscription to Family?

It depends on where you bought your subscription.

If you subscribed on the web (Stripe)

Yes. Go to Settings → Family and click Switch to Family. The change is prorated — what you have already paid is credited against the new plan, so you are only charged the difference. Your monthly or annual billing cycle carries over.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play

Not from inside Tweek. A store subscription is managed by Apple or Google, and we cannot convert it — trying to buy Family on top would charge you twice. Write to us at hello@tweek.so and we will sort it out with you.

If you are on an older Braintree subscription

Same as above — get in touch and we will help.
