Yes, sometimes that happens. This happens most often because of VAT. The percentage of VAT depends on the EU region. Please before you pay keep in mind that if you are from the EU, you will also be charged VAT.
Also make sure you did not use a promo code for your previous subscription. The promo code expires after one year, so the new subscription may be significantly different in price as it takes into account the standard payment.
