How will I know that the task I shared has been completed?

The person you shared the task with can either complete the task or reject it.

Mobile


  1. The recipient accepts the notification about the shared task
  2. To complete the task the invited person can just tick it off by clicking the tick icon ✔ in the lower right corner, the same way as completing a regular task


  3. Once the task is completed the task owner will receive an email confirmation

  4. Or push notification, or both depending on the settings



Even if the task is accepted it can be left:

  1. Click on the icon with the minus in the lower left corner

  2. Confirm leave by clicking "Yes, please" and the task will disappear from your list of tasks



The owner can also cancel this task and remove the invited person from this shared task:

  1. Open task card and click on the rounded initials icon in the upper right corner

  2. Click on the icon with the minus next to the name and email

  3. You'll see that now nobody is invited to shared task

  4. The task card also shows that the task is not shared with anyone


Web-version
