How do I invite someone to my Family plan?

Once you are on the Family plan, you have three seats to give out.

Invite someone

1. Click the initials icon in the upper right corner
2. Go to Settings → Family
3. Enter the person's email address and click Invite
4. They will get an email with a link to join

The Family screen shows how many seats you have used, who is already in, and who has not accepted yet. Next to a pending invitation you can copy the invite link and send it yourself — handy if the email does not arrive — or cancel the invite.

Accept an invitation

Open the link you were sent and sign in to Tweek (or create an account). Your seat activates straight away and Premium comes with it, for as long as the plan runs. You do not enter any payment details — the owner is paying.

You are not joining anyone else's calendar. Your account stays your own: your calendars, your tasks, your settings, visible only to you. The invitation hands you Premium, nothing else.

Remove someone

On the Family screen, open the "..." menu next to their name and choose Remove. They lose the Premium seat right away and their account moves to the free plan. Their tasks and calendars stay exactly where they are.

Leave a family

If you are in someone else's family and want out, go to Settings → Family and click Leave. You will lose the Premium that came with the plan. Your data stays.

Notes

• You can be in one family at a time. To start your own, leave the one you are in first.
• A family is not a shared calendar. If you want to plan something together, share a calendar — that works on any plan and with anyone, in your family or not.
• If you invite someone who already pays for Premium themselves, they take a seat but stay on their own subscription — we do not touch it, and they are not charged twice. To actually save the money, they should cancel their own subscription; the family seat takes over when it runs out.
