The recipient did not receive my invites

You can send invites to your friends and colleagues to work together on the calendar. If they don't receive invites, make sure the email is spelled correctly, as copy-paste often contains extra characters, spaces, and dots.

To invite someone:

Mobile 

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2.  Choose the calendar you want to share and click > sign to go to Calendar settings

  3. Click the "Add people" button

  4. Write the email of the person you want to invite

  5. Click the "Invite" button

Web-version

  1. Go to Settings by clicking three dots icon

  2. Click "Share"
  3. Click the "Add people" button In the Calendar Settings

  4. Write the email of the person you want to invite
  5. Click the "Invite" button


Now, when inviting a user via email to your calendar, you can also use the link and send it to the user.

Important: make sure that the e-mail to which you send the link must match the e-mail of the account that is invited to your calendar.


In order to get the link:


  1. Enter the account's email address into the calendar invitee's box as shown above in the instructions and press the "Invite" button
  2. To the right of the e-mail account you will see "Can edit" ᨆ with a down arrow
  3. Press the arrow ᨆ and in the pop-up menu select "Copy link".
  4. Once the link is copied, you will see "Copied ✔" with a check mark.
  5. Share the copied link by sending it in an e-mail to the e-mail account of the invited account.
