My bank card has expired. How can I change my payment method?
You do not need to cancel anything — just update the card where the subscription lives.
If you subscribed on the web (Stripe)
- Open Tweek in a browser and click the initials icon
- Go to Settings → Account → Plan
- Your subscription page opens — update the card there
If you subscribed through the App Store
Change your payment method in your Apple account settings.
If you subscribed through Google Play
Change it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
All your data is kept either way — we do not delete anything.
