Which of my calendars show a shared task?
A task someone shares with you always lands in your default calendar — the one Tweek opens for you when you sign in. If you are looking at another calendar, the shared task is simply not there: switch to the default one and it appears. The steps below are the same in the web version and in the mobile apps.
To see or change your default calendar
- Open the menu with your avatar in the top right corner and choose "Settings"
- Choose "General"
-
Open the "Default calendar" list and pick the calendar you want. The choice applies right away — there is nothing to confirm

The row shows up once you have more than one calendar. With a single calendar there is nothing to choose, and every shared task lands in it.
How a shared task looks
A shared task carries a small two-people icon in front of its title — that is how you tell it apart from your own tasks at a glance.

One thing to keep in mind: a shared task cannot be moved to a Someday list, because those lists are personal to each member.
