Which of my calendars show a shared task?

A task someone shares with you always lands in your default calendar — the one Tweek opens for you when you sign in. If you are looking at another calendar, the shared task is simply not there: switch to the default one and it appears. The steps below are the same in the web version and in the mobile apps.

To see or change your default calendar

  1. Open the menu with your avatar in the top right corner and choose "Settings"
  2. Choose "General"
  3. Open the "Default calendar" list and pick the calendar you want. The choice applies right away — there is nothing to confirm

The row shows up once you have more than one calendar. With a single calendar there is nothing to choose, and every shared task lands in it.

How a shared task looks

A shared task carries a small two-people icon in front of its title — that is how you tell it apart from your own tasks at a glance.

One thing to keep in mind: a shared task cannot be moved to a Someday list, because those lists are personal to each member.
