Does Tweek have built-in integrations and an API?

Yes. On Premium you can sync with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders (which also lets you add tasks by voice through Siri), and bring in the Linear issues assigned to you.

The REST API and the MCP server are both available on the free plan, with lower limits than Premium. The MCP server is what lets Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants work with your tasks.
